Hey everyone! How was your week? Mine was long! The weeks seem so much longer now that I'm back to work. It seems like every day I have a list about a mile long of things I want/need to get done and only about three of them get checked off. Kudos to all the mothers out there who do everything I do PLUS take care of children. I don't know how I'm going to do it when the time comes!
Anyway, this last weekend I had the opportunity to go up to a cabin with my hubby and some of his friends from his first year of college. They are a pretty fantastic group.
Confession: I didn't want to go.
Our weekends seem so short lately, with not enough time of just Brian and I, but I am SO glad that we went. The cabin and the company went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The only thing that could have been improved would be indoor plumbing and a more comfortable bed.
It seems like we went from Summer on our Honeymoon, to Fall back home, and then to Winter up at the Cabin. Then after it warmed up a bit as the day went on it seemed like Spring. All four seasons in a month!
We left Saturday before it got too dark and got to see the absolutely gorgeous sunset on the way home.
I had to be a little crazy and stand up out of the sunroof. I didn't know that the Captain was taking pictures! It was so much fun to be a little bit wild.
In other news, I finished reading the Book of Mormon again today! I knew I was getting close and I wanted to finish it before General Conference, and I did!
Anyway, it was a great weekend and a great trip!
Currently Reading:
The Dolphin Diaries by Ben M. Baglio (recently found out that it's a pen name for a woman! I always thought that he sounded a like a woman)
Finished Reading:
The Peace Giver By James L. Ferrell
SO GOOD. I recommend it.
Something to take away:

Thanks for reading and I hope that you have a wonderful week!
